Se7en to act in a real American televisual show

/

This summer is shaping up to be Se7en’s time to shine. He gave us a little taste at his listening parties in New York and LA. On May 23rd, he hits 1015 in San Francisco as part of a mini club tour. Other stops include Houston, Chicago and Toronto. His U.S. debut album hits the shelves on 7/7. On top of all that, he has a supporting role in an actual, American televisual show. It must be hard to schedule in the groupies. Anyway, KBS World reports:

A publicist with RQM, a marketing firm overseeing Se7en’s career in America, joined a press conference by Se7en to announce that Se7en has a plan to debut as a supporting actor in an American cable TV program sometime in July or August. The publicist said that his firm will do all it can to get Se7en’s American career off to a good start. The Korean pop singer plans to not only pursue his music career in the U.S., but also explore his chances in modeling and acting.

Also, RQM states that Se7en is getting “language dialect coaching, acting lessons and casting call preparations”. I’ve heard this guy speak; his English is not bad. Anyway, judging by the video of his listening party, all he says is “are you ready?” That can’t be too hard. To the thousands of rappers out there who ask that question, dammit yes, we’re ready.

7/7 is a tentative date so it’s not really confirmed~ Hopefully it’ll be released in the summer.
