Reese recently visited Japan as part of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM). UNIFEM provides “financial and technical assistance to innovative approaches aimed at fostering women’s empowerment and gender equality.” No offense, but that’ll take a long time in Japan. Women still are expected to walk a couple of steps behind men and also put themselves in a subservient position to them. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. After all, that’s what God wants. Still, modern women want this thing called “equality”. Evidently, the right to vote wasn’t enough.
