The Phillipines’ own, Charice Pempengo, belted her lungs out on Oprah recently. Once again, she sang the same Whitney Houston song. No offense to her, but it might be time to get a new calling card. I would love to hear her sing Mariah Carey. Hearing “I Have Nothing” for the umpteenth time..ho hum.

I’m always amused at Oprah’s minions. They’re like cult followers who clap when Oprah claps and cry when she cries. Monkeys. Albeit well-dressed monkeys. They look for cues from their master and act accordingly. Her audience is pretty good looking though. Dammit, I need to get out more.
