This popular Korean drama heads into its final month of broadcast. Its extensive cameo list includes Jeon Do-yeon, Lee Hyo-ri, Kang Hae-jung of the movie Herb, Um Ji-won of Scout, Kim Min-jun, who starred in “On Air” producers’ other drama “Lovers in Prague,” and K-pop group F.T. Island. Now, add one more name into the mix. All-pro football player, Hines Ward.

Hines Ward, for those not so football inclined, plays wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers. If I have to explain “receiver” or “Steelers” to you, then just accept that he’s a really, really good athlete. Not only that, he’s half-Korean. And proud of it. He visited Korea years ago and remarked to ESPN:

“I’m proud to be a Korean, that’s something when I was little as a kid, I was ashamed of…

I had to overcome a lot, being teased a lot by American kids about my being 50 percent Korean, being 50 percent African-American.”

His cameo airs in the final episode (sad face here) on May 15th. Not sure if he has any dialogue or who he plays. He’s sure to score a lot of that Korean booty though. I wonder if he performs a touchdown dance every time he’s with a woman. When he orgasms, he probably jumps up and spikes the condom in her face. “In ya face..Uhhhh…Who’s yer daddy! Your booty has just been TAPPED!” Then he does the Roger Rabbit and promptly falls asleep.
