Sometimes, Cupid draws his arrow and it takes years for us to discover that he hit his mark. One couple in England learned just that. Nick Wheeler and Aimee Maiden recently married and uncovered a photo from 1994 in Wheeler’s grandparents’ house. Imagine their surprise when they saw each other in the photo. They had both visited the beach town of Mousehole the same day. From Elite Daily:
In the photo, a 5-year-old Wheeler is building a boat in the sand with his cousin and sister, and Maiden was shocked when she recognized her 6-year-old self in the background.
A year later, Wheeler moved to Mousehole, but still didn’t meet Maiden until college. Soon, they began dating, and they moved in together three years ago.
They just recently married and where did they get married?
That same beach village in Mousehole, England.
Life works in mysterious ways. Perhaps you’ve already run across your soulmate but haven’t realized it yet.
If we keep our eyes and ears open, we can get more in tune with what the world offers us. Including Cupid’s arrows.
