One Redditor posted this note that Red Lobster gave her and her mother after their dinner. For the past 31 years, her parents had visited the same Red Lobster on their wedding anniversary. This past year though, her father passed away yet she continued the same tradition with her mother, dining at the restaurant on the wedding anniversary date.
This is what the restaurant wrote:
It’s so inspiring knowing that big businesses still take the time to form relationships with their customers. Too many times we hear about poor customer service or how restaurants mistreat their customers.
